Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned industrial projects within Alexandria region
    • Liaise with clients, internal teams (e.g., technical experts, sales, logistics), and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors).
    • Prepare regular project reports for management.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Operational Support:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering , commerce, International Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
