We are looking for enthusiastic people who fit our culture of community, technology, and business.</p><p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul> <li>Answering business needs by leading product development</li> <li>Prioritizing, executing, and measuring goals and tasks</li> <li>Providing team members with regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring</li> <li>Hiring top talent for our organization</li> <li>Deploying, managing, and monitoring production</li> <li>Defining the architecture and technical roadmap</li> <li>Hands-on development</li> <li>Contributing to our own and external open source projects</li> </ul><p> <strong>Requirements</strong> </p><ul> <li>4+ years of development experience, preferably in JavaScript / Typescript / Python</li> <li>1+ years of proven software development management experience</li> <li>Experience working with cloud providers (AWS / GCP / Azure)</li> <li>Strong communication and people skills</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and hold oneself accountable</li> <li>Excellent understanding and passion for architecture and technology</li> <li>Proficiency with React / Redux / NodeJS is preferred, but not required</li> <li>Security / Cybersecurity background is preferred, but not required</li> </ul>
