Equans NZ is looking for a passionate and motivated Service Coordinator to provide support and ensure day to day operations are completed in an efficient and productive manner.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our mechanical services team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound phone calls and assist with customer queries
  • Provide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians for routine and non-routine maintenance
  • Monitor branch WIP and update customer portals
  • Perform data entry in our ERP system (Pronto Xi)
  • Prepare jobs for vetting and carry out invoicing
  • Assist with reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

The role requirements include:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role
  • Previous Pronto experience would be an advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables
  • Advanced to intermediate MS Office skills particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in a call centre/service delivery preferred
  • High level of accuracy
