In the role you will be reporting to the Lead BIM Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing Construction Record Drawings (C-sheets) which will require experience in technical drawings/design.

Your Skills Profile should include:

• BIM experience including coordination and enhancements
• Proven experience in Design Coordination, ideally with major construction company or sub-contractor
• Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks demonstrating a strong understanding of digital coordination workflows
• Your communication skills will need to be effective, and you will have the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, showing us strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience providing training and mentoring in BIM, digital tools, and structured data management

Key Responsibilities​

• Oversee the coordination with architectural, structural and MEP components using BIM tools (Revit, Revizto)​
• ​Report on project milestones, progress, and performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders​
• Oversee the production and maintenance of comprehensive digital documentation
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project standards across all documentation and deliverables​
• Promote best practices in digital construction and foster a collaborative working environment across project teams​
• Liaise with consultants, production teams, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure clear communication and collaborative problem-solving​
• Represent the function at design coordination, progress, and technical meetings​
