Equans is looking for an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Slough on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll support communication between residents, clients, and our site team — ensuring that everyone is well-informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the delivery of improvement works and building projects. You’ll be a key part of maintaining Equans’ reputation for quality and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Resident Liaison Officer and site team in maintaining strong communication with residents, keeping them informed about project timelines, works schedules, and updates.
Support residents during refurbishment or maintenance projects, providing timely responses to any questions or concerns.
Attend resident meetings, site visits, and community engagement events to represent Equans positively.
Help record resident feedback and update tracking systems in line with company procedures.
Coordinate access arrangements, appointments, and special support requirements for residents.
Ensure resident homes are treated with care and respect throughout all works.
Who You Are

Reliable, organised, and proactive in solving problems.
Keen to develop a career in customer service, housing, or project coordination.
No previous experience is required — full training and mentoring will be provided as part of your apprenticeship.
