BILL is hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the treasury operations team. As a FinTech leader, BILL moves over $75 billion in client payments per quarter, making expertise in transmitting and managing funds essential to our success.
This isn't a typical back-office treasury job. In this individual contributor role, you will be at the heart of our business, directly impacting our financial strength, product offerings, and growth as a public company. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, your primary focus will be on the seamless and secure management of our cash flows, ensuring liquidity and mitigating risk—all vital for maintaining the trust of our customers and the stability of our financial ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational and payment rail activities, including cash and liquidity management, forecasting, bank account oversight, compliance, reporting, and monitoring of payment systems
- Manage functions such as cash position analysis, payment processing, intercompany fundings and settlements, and cash reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Analyze company and customer cash flows to ensure all funding requirements are met both timely and efficiently
- Manage open and close bank accounts, bank account maintenance, banking services, and address inquiries as needed
- Support online bank portals system administration and permissions, user access management are appropriate and complies with SOX controls
- Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees and trends, and identify opportunities to minimize and reduce costs
- Assist in UAT payment testing, establishing and maintaining production validation accounts
- Conduct SOX compliance testing and documentation, providing necessary information for external, internal, and regulatory audits
- Ensure treasury activities adhere to treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies, and internal controls
- Document current process flows and standard operating procedures, ensuring they remain up to date
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline operations and enhance controls and best practices
- Assist with ad hoc requests and treasury projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support the administration of insurance renewals and address ad hoc insurance inquiries as needed
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, preferably at a multinational public corporation, financial services firm, or fintech company
- A strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Kyriba, NetSuite, and various online banking portals.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting; CTP certification is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan.
