Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance team. This critical role will be instrumental in driving our financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes, providing key insights to senior leadership, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, gained through experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline. You'll be a strategic thinker with exceptional financial modeling skills and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. Experience with financial planning systems is essential, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in Adaptive Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's consolidated financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to senior management and the executive team.
- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Enhance and optimize our financial planning system (preferably Adaptive Planning) to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain and administer our instance of Adaptive Planning system
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in one or more of the following: FP&A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.
- Extensive experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle Hyperion, IBM TM1, SAP, or similar. Strong preference for candidates with direct experience and/or Administrative experience in Adaptive Planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
