The RGM Systems Manager position will provide key technical support to both the RGM US business and IT systems. Additional responsibilities include managing requirements for technical projects and supporting project work with deliverables. The role provides exposure to key NA RGM and NALT members and is a great entry point into US Commercial as it works with supporting functions across US to deliver the business.
Role Responsibilities
Provide day to day support for Pricing Software system and corresponding interfacing systems (Anaplan, Tableau/Power BI, SAP)
• Responsible for accurate system inflow from other internal data systems (Anaplan, SAP) to Vistaar. Can independently troubleshoot when there are disconnects between the Vistaar and separate systems
• Acts as business advocate for timely resolution on errors between Vistaar system and SAP
• Acts as a liaison between IT resources and Commercial Resources
• Manage ticketing process and system enhancements while working between IT and the RGM/Finance business.
• Provide ongoing training and support for the commercial team for the RGM software system (Vistaar), including:
• Meet with Pricing Managers to gather complete and clear requirements for system and project improvement.
• Designing UAT and implementing running UAT in test environments for new enhancements from Vistaar
• Design and update training documentation and support as new features as rolled out to ensure that SOPs are kept up to date
• Participate in weekly meetings and give a technical perspective to the business while giving updates on pricing system projects.
• Support evolution of RGM by working on process improvement, Excel automation, and data requirements and dashboard development.
• Support pricing audits by reconciling data between key systems and maintains accurate database of Vistaar users. Maintains appropriate levels of workflow delegation and maintains audit approvals and track record.
• Support the Yearly RGM Commercialization process with data tie outs, Nielsen/NABCA data pulls, and additional pricing analysis as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, MIS, or Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years of financial, consulting, or IT analysis experience preferred
• Commercial exposure with Sales, RGM, Strategy, and Marketing
• Ability to extract, manipulate, mine, and analyze data for key insights; key data sources include SAP, Anaplan, and Tableau
• PMP Certification preferred but not required
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Develop and maintain cross functional and key working relationships within the organization
• Excellent communication and personal skills a must
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, Illinios is $115k-125k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
