Indirect Procurement Manager

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing the strategy of sourcing all needs for Indirect Category Spend - Travel, Fleet, IT, HR, Legal and Consulting.
  • Building and fostering the cross-functional relationships among Procurement, IT, HR, Legal Operations, Engineering, Capex GBS, and supplier teams
  • Support Plant Procurement leaders to drive efficiencies in spend in the Indirects: MRO, maintenance, and services at our Operating Units
  • Support overall Source to Pay implementation efforts in alignment with Indirect Procurement, building process capability for ongoing maintenance of Indirects in those identified areas of opportunity
  • Support central and regional offices in the development of Indirects products and services
  • Driving compliance of all industry and Beam Suntory standards related to the sourcing and strategies around the goods and service needs of stakeholders
  • Delivering financial strategies and goals of the Indirects Procurement team to those of the larger Procurement, Commercial and Operations divisions
  • Responsible for executing the strategy of sourcing all needs for Indirect Category Spend – Travel, Fleet, IT, HR, Legal and Consulting MRO, Maintenance, OU services, offices, etc..
  • Build long term relationships, establish agreements, and development of catalogue and punchouts for indirect materials
  • Driving compliance of all industry and Beam Suntory standards related to the sourcing and strategies around the goods and service needs of stakeholders
  • Delivering financial strategies and goals of the Indirects Procurement team to those of the larger Procurement, Commercial and Operations divisions

Qualifications

Education- Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience

Certifications/Licensure- None

Years of experience- Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ experience in the procurement of goods and services (IT,travel, fleet, corporate services MRO, maintenance, Operating Unit services, etc.)

Level of experience- Supervisor

Industry experience- Helpful

Travel %- 25% (local to the Louisville area)
