Role Overview

We are growing at Banzai to meet our customers’ demands, so we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Go-to-Market team. You are passionate about helping clients solve their problems and have experience working with Fortune 1,000 companies. We look forward to meeting folks who are comfortable managing a book of business, ensuring their customers' success, and maximizing their investments.


Key Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will:

  • Manage relationships with our customers through implementation, training, success planning, ongoing connection, and renewal contract execution
  • Provide meaningful reporting to customers
  • Find opportunities to grow existing partnerships through upsells and cross-sells
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to gain long-term client relationships
  • Engage with all relevant stakeholders at the account to limit being single-threaded
  • Guide RFP processes, as appropriate
  • Become an expert on Banzai’s solutions and our market
  • Use the CRMs to manage renewal opportunities, contacts, and accounts
  • Travel for customer visits and internal meetings; on average, a few days per quarter

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience managing relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Executive presence - you can hold a room and guide a meeting with ease
  • Experience with a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
  • Comfort creating and giving presentations
  • Experience crafting strategic success plans that align with an organization’s goals
  • Ability to identify opportunities to create and maintain relationships across an organization
  • Experienced with risk identification and mitigation, and creating strategic plans to improve customer sentiment
  • Long-term, big-picture thinking along with short-term strategy execution
  • Creative problem solver who can see the possibilities and step outside the “normal” way of doing things with ease
  • Understands how to become familiar with and gather resources internally
  • Can operate independently but knows when to seek support and capitalize on the collective intelligence of the team

Compensation
:

  • OTE (Base + Variable Performance Pay): $140,000 - $170,000
  • Equity: Competitive stock plan package
  • Location: Remote US
