At realtor.com , we’re transforming the way real estate professionals connect, operate, and grow their businesses. We believe brokers and agents deserve modern, mobile-first tools that make their day-to-day easier, more efficient, and more effective. That’s why we’re building a new Unified Mobile Portal App—a single destination where real estate professionals can manage their leads, access performance insights, view listings, track campaigns, and engage with realtor.com’s products and services seamlessly.
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Unified Mobile App who can lead the end-to-end development of this new app experience—from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one opportunity to define and build an app that becomes an indispensable daily tool for agents and brokers nationwide.
What you’ll do:
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Unified Mobile Portal App, designed specifically for real estate professionals (brokers and agents)
- Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, workflows, pain points, and priorities through research, interviews, and usage data
- Define the core feature set and MVP scope for a mobile-first experience that unifies lead management, performance tracking, campaign insights, support tools, and account management
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver a best-in-class UX that’s intuitive, elegant, and purpose-built for real estate pros on the go
- Define and manage app success metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, engagement, retention, satisfaction), and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and analytics
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success, business development, etc.) to align priorities and ensure a cohesive broker/agent experience across touchpoints
- Coordinate across other product teams to ensure a consistent and scalable agent/broker experience across mobile and desktop platforms
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years working on mobile apps or B2B platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to build zero-to-one products that solve complex problems for professional users
- Customer-obsessed and grounded in research—you deeply understand your users and advocate relentlessly for their needs
- Comfortable owning the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to optimization
- Strategic thinker who can prioritize ruthlessly, balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision, and communicate tradeoffs clearly
- Effective cross-functional leader who thrives working with design, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Experience working with mobile development teams (native iOS and Android)
- Strong product instincts with a keen eye for design, usability, and customer value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, SaaS platforms, or B2B customer workflows is a plus
