  • Develop and monitor KPIs to drive high-level oversight of business initiatives and company health, and generate regular insights to enable performance management and accountability.
  • Transform data into action by leading a cross-functional group of Data Analysts, Business Leaders, Product Managers, and Engineers on data visualization, quantitative analysis, and data modeling initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, understanding their requirements and directing the implementation of solutions, ranging from process improvements to dashboards.
  • Own the development and execution of your team’s roadmap, including end-to-end project management.
  • Collaborate with people managers and other leaders in the data organization to maximize the impact of your team on business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and grow the culture of excellence by introducing processes and best practices to the team.
  • Deliver high-quality data-driven business analyses that address business issues with effective solutions, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand revenue performance from different clients, tackle complex initiatives addressing key strategic questions, and drive assorted ad hoc projects.
