About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales, product, and engineering departments, ensuring seamless technical demonstrations and a deep understanding of our processes compared to our competitors. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

This role will be based in Utah or New York, candidate must be living in one of these areas to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to explain how our products and services function, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.

  • System Requirements Alignment: Collaborate with customers and our engineering team to ensure our equipment meets all system requirements, addressing any technical challenges that arise.

  • Sales Support: Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support during the sales process.

  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, fostering trust and acceptance of our products and services.

  • Product Modifications: Plan and coordinate modifications to existing products to meet evolving consumer demands and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage, providing expert guidance and support.

  • Product Recommendations: Recommend new and improved products to customers, explaining how our solutions can be more cost-effective and beneficial for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive complex sales cycles across hospitals, health systems, and large medical groups

  • Lead tailored product demonstrations and solution design sessions for C-level executives and clinical stakeholders

  • Translate intricate RCM workflows, ambient documentation use cases, and AI automation into clear, value-driven business outcomes

  • Architect end-to-end EHR integration strategies, articulating both HL7/API feasibility and clinical impact

  • Influence enterprise deal strategy and positioning through compelling boardroom presentations and executive conversations

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on how our agentic and ambient AI products reduce administrative burden and increase provider efficiency

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility in proposals

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales engineering or solution consulting preferably in the healthcare space

  • Familiarity with RCM workflows, healthcare billing systems, and EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena, eCW, etc.)

  • Proven success presenting to C-level healthcare executives, boardrooms, and large stakeholder audiences

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies—especially ambient or agentic solutions—and how they apply to healthcare operations

  • Creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Exceptional communication skills and strong business acumen; able to synthesize complexity into clarity

  • Ability to travel as needed for onsite meetings, client workshops, and conferences
