About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team People-BD team! This opportunity is perfect for a team player with an eye for talent, experienced in recruiting, and interested in expanding their role to other People related aspects such as onboarding, culture, and employee experience in general.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategies for each position
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience and continuously improve our talent acquisition process
  • Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience
  • Support Culture building activities (company events, speaker series, volunteering, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the team on different people projects and initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2-4 years of experience high volume recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordinator experience
  • Great attitude with the ability to connect with all types of people easily
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player: willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the People Team agenda with a willingness to continuously learn
  • Detail-oriented and process driven
  • Experience working in a startup or growth stage environment preferred
  • Drive and initiative to make things happen
  • Flexibility and adaptability
