Arthur is looking for an operations manager to support and scale our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful strategies and support for our internal teams to ensure that we’re running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tackling new problems as they arise and bringing order to newly developing operational needs, and is excited to help our team successfully navigate these challenges.

What You’ll Do

Own the high-level management of Arthur’s supporting service vendor operations (including those responsible for bookkeeping and finance, legal services, et al.)
Create cross-functional strategies to ensure our internal teams work well and interact effectively with each other
Co-own internal reports related to company revenue and organizational planning
Write and communicate internal business updates from our leadership team to the company
Help to manage and run Arthur’s internal and external events
Ensure that our accounts payable and receivable functions run smoothly
Manage compliance checklists with our internal teams
