We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate a high-performing, fast-moving sales organization. You’ll be the engine behind our team’s success; building tools, content, and processes that help reps sell smarter, faster, and with greater impact.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to deliver world-class enablement programs that empower our go-to-market team to consistently exceed targets. You thrive in dynamic environments where speed, precision, and creativity matter.
You will be responsible for:
Create enablement content from scratch (decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, case studies) and quickly iterate based on feedback from reps and prospects
Coach and shadow sales calls, giving real-time feedback and helping refine messaging, discovery questions, and objection handling
Stand up and manage tools and processes with a modern tech stack
Act as the bridge between sales and product/engineering, translating technical updates into customer-facing narratives and ensuring reps are fluent in the latest positioning
Continuously test, measure, and refine enablement efforts — from tracking which materials close deals faster to experimenting with new talk tracks in live deals
We’re excited if you have:
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles within B2B SaaS software, with a strong track record of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and effectiveness
Hands-on experience in startup or scale-up environments, comfortable building enablement programs, processes, and content from the ground up with limited resources
Proven success partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to scale enablement programs, including implementing tools, training, and processes that support rapid team growth and evolving go-to-market motions
