We’re looking for a motivated, junior-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to start a career in sales, learn best-in-class outbound and inbound sales motions, and grow into a closing role over time.
As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts—researching accounts, reaching out to prospects, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
- Learn and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective customers
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting-set goals
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience (sales experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new people
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
- Resilient mindset and positive attitude toward feedback
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Nice to Have
- Internship or prior experience in sales, customer success, or customer support
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B environments

Additional Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
This position requires occasional travel therefore you must be able to sit for extended periods of time on airplanes and/or in vehicles, lift and carry luggage independently, navigate long distances through airports and other travel locations independently, and adjust to different time zones and climates.
