The Role

We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager who will build and manage the programs that fuel our marketing pipeline to drive acquisition and growth through innovative strategies.

In this role, you’ll own campaigns across multiple channels - including organic, email, webinars, social, content, and conferences. You will plan, execute and improve campaign performance through testing, data analysis, and insight-driven optimization to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel and ABM programs that generate qualified pipeline leads.
    • Build integrated campaigns including ABM-led campaigns that drive brand visibility, awareness and pipeline.
    • Manage and optimize website content for SEO and AEO to improve organic campaigns.
    • Test new channels and tactics to find the best opportunities for growth.
    • Use AI tools to innovate and optimize campaign performance; stay updated with global construction and market trends.
  • Enable sales: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate account engagement, and support pipeline conversion.
    • Ensure campaigns are supported by compelling, persona-driven content that resonates with the target audience at every stage of the funnel.
    • Create resources and workflows that support sales engagement such as nurture campaigns, tradeshow engagement and priority account based content recommendations.
  • Analytics and reporting: Deliver clear performance insights through dashboards, testing, and pipeline analysis to guide growth decisions.
    • Set KPIs, build dashboards and analyze data to identify trends, campaign effectiveness and performance across the funnel.
    • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates across multi-channels, landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
    • Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to GTM leadership.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS executing integrated multi channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously including driving campaigns and ABM programs across hybrid channels.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing tools, including AI tools and workflows, that make up a modern martech stack.
  • Ability to use AI tools to support campaign building, targeting, segmentation, content creation, and reporting.
  • Creative, scrappy and data-driven.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for events, team meetings, or customer engagements, as needed.
  • Bonus: experience with marketing in ConTech.
