As a Service Delivery Manager you will be joining a proactive international team located on multiple sites throughout Europe, offering Shop Floor Digital solutions. You can see the tangible difference your role makes as the shop floor and satellites will be onsite
How will you contribute to the team…
Support and champion a MES that has thousands of users and is instrumental in Satellites being created. Contribution to delivery and deployment of new projects
Ensure delivered services, that meet or exceed agreed customer requirements
Monitor service performance and improvement
Manage the support team that monitors, reports and fulfils the SLAs
Manage the maintenance cost allocation together with the business

Deep technical expertise of MES systems and how they interact with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance.
Passionate about championing MES to Business, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure
etc.
Enjoys tackling bugs, outages and proactively identifying issues before they become fire-fighting issues.
