VAS Aero Services is looking for a SAP/S4 HANA Business Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

Your Challenges:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP).
Solution Design: Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps.
Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations.
Training: Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.
Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Your Boarding Pass:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps.

Skills:
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data migration and data analysis.

Preferred:
SAP S/4HANA certification.
Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies.
Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process.

Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. Daily
Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. N/A
Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. N/A
Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. N/A
Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer. Daily
Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor. Daily
Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. N/A
Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. N/A
Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site N/A
Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor. N/A
