Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Electrical Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining electrical maintenance plans to ensure optimal reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment and systems. This role analyzes operational data, identifies maintenance needs, schedules preventative and corrective maintenance, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and field teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.Job Responsibilities:
Plan and distribute the work load for the High Voltage technicians
Track rework maintenance and determining the causes
Comply with Air Liquide HSE policies and procedures
Comply with Air Liquide Medical quality policies and procedures
Comply with Air Liquide Maintenance procedures
Develop job plans for Major Maintenance
Provide accurate cost estimates for plans
Identify job resources (materials and labor) availability for Turnarounds
Schedule resources (materials and labor) for Turnarounds
Act a liaison between operations and maintenance during Turnaround activities
Assist Maintenance Coordinator in executing Turnaround and Major Maintenance plan
Lead Turnaround planning meeting to assign resources and define schedules
Respond to and plan emergency maintenance Work Orders
Promote the effort to populate PM building and job plans building in Maximo
Assist with entering completed PM Work Order documentation
Assist writing and receiving of PR/PO’s
Interface with Supply Management for timely issuance of PO’s Identify high quality vendors for potential frame agreements
Provide support to operations and maintenance personnel for Maximo issues
Promote maintenance activities within the Plant personnel
Monitor Predictive Maintenance Reports and plan accordingly
Actual costs for plans are to be within/under budget
Turnaround work to be executed within time planned Meet annual availability and reliability goals

Are you a MATCH?
High School Diploma required.
10+ years electrical or Instrumentation planning experience
Extensive use of the CMMS (Maximo) Experience in building detailed job plans
Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent Project management skills
Strong computer skills, proficient in Google applications
Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
Team building and leadership skills Ability to work long hours, climb ladders and lift 50 pounds
Ability to travel up to 20% and maintain on-call availability as needed
Basic understanding of the facility's process, with the ability to develop detailed understanding
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to wear required PPE safety equipment including, hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes/boots, and FRC clothing
Full range of motion; ability to lift 50 lbs.
Able to climb ladders, work off elevated platforms/surfaces
Able to work in non-conditioned environment for extended periods
Able to enter confined spaces for inspection, testing and work
