The ALAM Account Manager will be the primary interface and assist the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and affiliate sales teams in managing one of our largest key customers. You will be responsible for supporting existing business and working closely with the Technical Integration Team in the development of new business by introducing new molecules to the customer. The Account Manager will interact with internal departments to ensure on time customer delivery, meeting customer demands and expectations.

The ALAM Account Manager will be the primary interface and assist the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and affiliate sales teams in managing one of our largest key customers. The Account Manager will interact with internal departments to ensure on time customer delivery, meeting customer demands and expectations.

Responsibilities:

For existing business:

Assists organization to delight customer as measured by scorecard

Leads working groups for management of change and continuous improvement projects

Works closely with Product Manages on change horizons and qualification schedules internally and with customer along with business continuity plans

Leads projects to qualify new manufacturing units/sites in Asia when appropriate

Participates in quarterly reviews of control limits, etc. (SP/SQC reviews) managed by Quality

Tracks manufacturing, quality control, filling and shipping of product to customer

Assist Quality in leading company response to quality excursions or supply issues (8D response)

Provides and manages customer required training for ALAM personnel

Organizes internal audits of ALAM sites to promote customer best practices

Provides and presents information/progress reports internally to Air Liquide and externally to customer in a suitable format

Provides feedback to SAM in the formation of customer strategy and tactics with senior Management. Collaborates with the SAMs to enforce LTAs.

Promotes safety, health, and environmental initiatives

Establishes and monitors an ALAM scorecard

Sets inventory levels with affiliates based upon TSMC’s quarterly forecasts (per Riders)

For new molecules introduced to customer:

Assists Product Managers (EPRs) to achieve complete readiness of ALAM by identifying, coordinating and driving to completion all required efforts on Operations and Quality aspects in collaboration with emerging product manager(s)

Works closely with QA Specialists & emerging product manager(s) to understand customer requirements, establish test protocol and planning, and implement and manage continual improvement efforts for quality assurance processes in order to generate required data.

Coordinates metrology requirements, MCA, GR&R, LTS and all AMLC activities.

Coordinates the generation of statistical data establishing the control limits of the installation.

Assesses customer’s requirements, concisely communicates requirements, and provides feedback until task is completed

Are you a MATCH?

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years experience in the chemicals or semiconductor industries

Basic knowledge of chemicals and gases

Ability to perform multiple tasks and participate in multiple projects

Computer literate – e-mail, Microsoft software, navigation of information systems

Experience with micro-contamination control and troubleshooting

Good verbal and communication skills and teamwork/interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with good leadership skill

Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment
