生產主管負責督導製造環境中的團隊成員：規劃及分派工作、執行既定政策與流程，並提出改善生產方法、設備、作業程序與工作環境的建議。此職位可能需要輪班，並根據需要靈活調整工時與班次。

• 定期更新與維護標準作業程序（SOP），確保作業流程明確且可持續優化。
• 評估需資格認證的工作項目執行者之能力，確保操作人員具備安全與正確執行工作的能力。
• Promote a culture of “Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time” through positive daily actions and communication.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements in workplace safety, production methods, equipment usage, operating procedures, and overall working conditions.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity while helping team members enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by providing employee coaching, career development opportunities, and constructive support in resolving issues.
• Manage department priorities effectively, including organizing training programs to support production goals and cross-functional learning.
• Coordinate production equipment calibration schedules in collaboration with vendors and/or the maintenance team.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate team members’ qualifications and competencies to ensure tasks are performed safely and correctly, providing guidance where needed.
Are you a MATCH?
具工程、化學、化工或相關科系學士學位。
2年以上領導或團隊協作經驗，具化學或製造業背景者佳。
具備良好的問題解決能力、溝通與人際互動技巧，樂於團隊合作、擁抱多元文化。
熟悉化學製程系統及基礎機械設備（如幫浦、閥件、管線等）之運作。
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of leadership or team coordination experience, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; collaborative and inclusive team mindset.
Familiarity with chemical processing systems and mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, piping).
