The Dallas Chemical Center Operations Team is responsible for comprehensive supply chain management for our semiconductor manufacturing customers. This service requires relationships with hundreds of high purity chemical and gas suppliers and the management of those chemicals for the duration of their supply chain journey, from manufacturing to installation.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Warehouse Associate II will be responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of various tasks related to shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, effective communication, and the ability to work in a team environment. Additionally, the individual in this role will demonstrate proficiency in using warehouse management systems, operating powered industrial equipment, and interpreting hazardous materials regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse environment, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Prepare and complete shipments of Hazardous materials for customer orders using FEFO rule (First expiry / first out).
Generate BOLs for shipment
Execute the offloading and quality inspection on inbound material against the carrier documentation.
Demonstrate attention to detail when applying local warehouse labels to received products by ensuring information matches manufacturer description.
Utilize the facilities WMS (warehouse management system) and RF scanners to properly stage material into bin locations.
Follow the facilities safety standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Ability to interpret and understand GHS labeling on chemical packaging.
Follow the warehouse incipient emergency response and cleanup practices
Capable of operating powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, pallet Jackets, etc.)
Execute the dip-tube exchange process in a clean room environment
Communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers to ensure task completion.
Interface with internal & external customers when required
Support the site and company waste reduction & recycling programs
Maintain a clean and safe working environment to optimize space utilization
Participate in site 5S Program.
Demonstrate understanding of the warehouse inbound delivery schedule system
Ability to provide guidance to warehouse associate 1 personnel.
Demonstrate the ability to perform basic troubleshooting for inventory discrepancies in the WMS system (Oracle).
Ability to support warehouse operations during extended hours (Holidays/Weekend on-call schedule)

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
3+ years experience in the chemicals or compressed gases field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience working in a warehouse environment or equivalent.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs)
The ability to stand for extended periods of time
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Effective communication skills
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment
Self-Motivated
Flexible
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Oracle Knowledge, preferred
Six Sigma (White belt)
The hourly rate range for this position in Texas is $20.00 to $22.00
