How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Maintenance Engineer is responsible and accountable for safe, compliant execution of the maintenance strategy for the production plant; providing the direction, resources, and motivation to achieve or exceed the goals. The Maintenance Engineer will directly oversee all internal maintenance and facilities activities - be it performed by internal and/ or, third parties maintenance teams. The Maintenance Engineer is also responsible and accountable for the reliability of the production plant; working in close collaboration with the Global Reliability and Maintenance groups. The Maintenance Engineer must lead in a way that demonstrates the importance of “Doing it Safe, Doing it Right, the First Time”. He/she must lead her team to implement change in a feedback rich environment which generates mutual respect and committed team members. Results must be achieved in a sustainable fashion. The Maintenance Engineer is expected to be able to thrive in a fast paced and very dynamic environment.
- Conduct daily safety inspection on the machine before start-up;
- Conduct weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual routine inspection according to the schedule;
- Troubleshoot and repair all breakdowns occurred during production;
- Implement CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) program in the plant;
- Prepare the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and work instruction for the new or modified process/machine;
- Support the project implementation related to the production improvement and capacity increase;
- Other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Are you a MATCH?
1. Technical skill and knowledge: Familiarity with electrical control systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, automation system, programming languages, Microsoft Office software;
2. Experience and education: 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance field, technical college degree preferred;
3. Personal skills: Strong analytical ability, problem solving mindset, good communication skills, team player, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
4. Language: English communication skill required, Mandarin Chinese communication skill preferred.
