We are seeking a motivated and passionate Influencer Marketing Intern with expertise in the beauty industry and experience using Tribe Dynamics. The successful candidate will assist in building relationships with key social media influencers and relevant industry leaders to generate brand awareness and loyalty for Act+Acre. This role will work closely with key business players to develop and execute innovative and unique, global influencer programs, supporting a cohesive global social influencer strategy that amplifies our brand messages and storytelling.

Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management:

• Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with new and emerging social influencers (US and internationally).
• Cultivate key relationships with Act+Acre's US-based influencers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, including product gifting, event invitations, and campaign briefs.
• Assist the team with influencer seeding programming and logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely mailings.

Campaign Execution and Analysis:

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Tribe Dynamics.
• Help with the management of Tribe Dynamics communities across Act+Acre and associated brands.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and ROI of influencer activities.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with our brand values and messaging.
• Support the development of creative briefs and ensure content meets brand standards.
• Support in posting brand content on social channels

Strategy Development and Support:

• Support the team in building new launch and always-on influencer strategies for all Act+Acre brands (seeding, events, paid partnerships, etc.).
• Assist in the creation of seeding guidelines and best practices for local market influencer programs, in collaboration with other team members.
• Support across paid influencer partnerships including influencer identification and outreach, contract negotiations, creator briefs, and internal approvals.

Trend Analysis and Market Research:

• Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing influencer contracts, coordinating shipments, and maintaining influencer databases.
• Support the marketing team with other duties as assigned.

• Beauty Expertise: Passion for the beauty industry with a deep understanding of beauty trends, products, and influencers.
• Experience with Tribe Dynamics: Demonstrated experience using Tribe Dynamics for influencer marketing analytics and campaign tracking.
• Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and understanding of social media trends.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
