Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily security operations across assigned sites.
Ensure all security personnel comply with health & safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Identify potential security and safety risks and implement preventive measures.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and accidents in line with approved procedures.
Prepare incident, accident, and safety reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job training to security staff.
Enforce the correct use of PPE and safe working practices at all times.
Liaise with management, HSE teams, contractors, and emergency services when required.
Monitor access control, crowd management, and emergency evacuation procedures.
Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local laws.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a security supervisory role
Health & Safety certification
Knowledge of local safety regulations and emergency response procedures
First Aid and Fire Warden certification is an advantage
