Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to ensure that HR initiatives align with the organization's objectives
- Workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Strategic manpower planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Implement effective communication to foster a transparent and open dialogue between employees and management.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and
Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management
Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/or
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
Bilingual preferred
Call Center HR experience preferred
Strong Employee Relations experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours
