We are looking for a Senior Luxury Leisure Sales Manager to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.
Set to open its doors in 2025, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 170 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel with an aim to open its doors again ahead of the 2025 winter high season.
Job Description
Strategically drive luxury transient revenue by fostering and expanding relationships with elite travel advisors, and UHNW intermediaries
Develop and execute sophisticated account strategies and annual business plans to optimize revenue and deepen loyalty within the luxury leisure market
Represent the property at trade shows, FAM trips, roadshows, and exclusive client activations to amplify global brand presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and pricing architecture
Conduct market intelligence analysis to anticipate demand shifts, track emerging trends, and identify new high-potential source markets
Design bespoke client experiences and high-touch site inspections
Spearhead the contracting and RFP process with key accounts while ensuring alignment with profitability goals and brand integrity
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, CRM tracking, and performance forecasting for assigned accounts
Partner with operations to ensure service delivery excellence and personalization for VIP guests
Leverage thought leadership and personal network to position Delano as a top-tier destination within the luxury travel community
We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in luxury transient hotel sales, with existing relationships in key markets
Proven track record in managing high-end leisure and agency-driven segments
Familiarity with Agency360, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and luxury RFP platforms
Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
Self-driven and resourceful, with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking
Willingness to travel globally for client engagement, brand positioning, and events
Previous experience with a lifestyle or ultra-luxury hotel brand is required
Possesses a gracious, professional, and approachable demeanor reflective of a luxury brand
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships
Physically able to stand or walk for extended shifts (up to 8 hours or more) and respond quickly to guest or client needs
Must be able to lift, twist, push, pull, bend, climb, and carry objects as needed for site inspections or event prep
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, in varying conditions, based on business demand
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and safety laws, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour regulations, and occupational safety compliance
