Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales-Corporate to join our team.
- Collaborate with the director of sales to develop and execute sales strategies.
-Utilize in-depth market knowledge t identify new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients.
-Monitor Market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and optimize revenue generation.
-Provide regular and detailed sales reports, performance analysis and forecasting to support decision making and business planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 6 to 7 year of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- fluency in English
