Job Description
The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for restocking, auditing, and maintaining mini bars in guest rooms according to Faena’s service and presentation standards. This role ensures that all guest-facing in-room amenities are pristine, functional, and inventoried accurately, while maintaining discretion and efficiency.
This full time position has an hourly compensation rate of $33.00 an hour.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Restock all mini bar items in guest rooms daily according to par levels
- Ensure presentation and cleanliness of mini bar setup meets brand standards
- Track consumption, input charges accurately into the system, and handle posting of charges- sends to guest relations and or guest controller
- Monitor expiration dates and replace outdated or damaged product
- Maintain proper storage, organization, and inventory control of mini bar stock
- Communicate any guest feedback, special requests, or room access issues to leadership
- Report maintenance concerns related to fridges, equipment, or room access
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in hotel operations or in-room dining preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with discretion in guest rooms
- Proficient in inventory and recordkeeping
- Food Handler Certification required or obtainable before start

- Highly organized and consistent

- Discreet, respectful of guest privacy
- Comfortable with light lifting and walking throughout the property
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas
- Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Remain active, constantly moving, or prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer throughout work shift
- Medium Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of constantly moving objects, may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
