Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead recruitment efforts for all resort positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and resort policies.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement staff development programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor staff performance.
- Organize internal and external training workshops.
- Performance Management
- Oversee the employee performance appraisal process.
- Set goals and KPIs in collaboration with department managers.
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll in coordination with finance.
- Manage employee benefits (housing, transportation, medical insurance, vacation).
- Ensure compliance with GOSI and other statutory obligations.
- HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Handle MOL (Ministry of Labor) and GOSI interactions as required.
- Workforce Planning
- Forecast and plan workforce requirements based on seasonal resort operations.
- Manage visas, iqamas, and other legal documentation for expat staff.
- Coordinate with PRO (Public Relations Officer) for government-related procedures.
- Health & Safety
- Support implementation of health and safety practices.
- Ensure staff comply with hygiene and safety protocols, especially in hospitality areas.
- HR Reporting
- Provide regular reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and HR metrics.
- Contribute to budget planning and cost control for the HR department.
